Who we are
Policy Boosting ("we", "us", "the Company") operates this website and the Policy Boosting sessions. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you submit when you book: your name, email address, phone number, and any answers you provide in the booking form.
Payment information is collected and processed by our payment processor (Stripe) through the booking calendar. We never see or store your full card number.
Technical information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions with this page, gathered through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel used to measure advertising.
How we use it
To schedule, confirm, remind you about, and deliver your sessions; to send you the written plan, recordings, and bonus materials you purchased; to respond to your questions; to measure and improve our advertising; and to keep records that protect both of us, including proof of booking, attendance, and delivery of services.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the business: our scheduling platform, payment processor, video conferencing provider, email provider, and analytics and advertising platforms. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or when necessary to enforce our Terms of Service, to respond to a payment dispute or chargeback, or to protect our legal rights.
Session recordings
Sessions are recorded so we can send you your copy. Recordings are kept as part of our service records, including as evidence of what was delivered in the event of a dispute.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses the Meta pixel and similar tools to understand how visitors found us and whether our ads work. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings and through the Meta ad preferences settings.
How long we keep it
We keep booking, payment, correspondence, and session records for as long as needed to provide services and to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations, and to defend against claims, typically up to seven years.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will honor deletion requests except where we must keep records for legal, tax, or dispute-defense purposes. To make a request, reply to any email we have sent you, including your booking confirmation.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
